The Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help drive the creation and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and promote our services across multiple channels. You will work closely with internal teams to develop campaigns and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print, to support business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, on-brand content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities.
  • Social Media Strategy: Manage and optimize social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance analytics.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • SEO & SEM: Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Support paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Customer Services to ensure marketing campaigns align with business goals.

Business Development

  • Assists in planning, coordinating, and attending business development events, conferences, or trade shows that can generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Researches and recommends networking events, industry conferences, and meetings that could be valuable for the Company to attend.

Sales Administration

  • Enters rates for special events after the event has taken place.
  • Follows up with the appropriate contact for payments for special events.
  • Helps manage and process emergency customer orders, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted.
  • Creates and maintains reports related to sales performance, revenue, forecast accuracy, and other key metrics, provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
  • Prepares agendas, take notes, and helps follow up on action items from sales meetings and strategy sessions.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Serves as a backup for Sales Coordinator if they are not working.
  • All additional duties as assigned. 

Are you a fit?

  • Combination of High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Mass Communications, Marketing or Professional Sales preferred. 
  • Three to five years of related experience and/or training.
  • One to two years of experience creating social media content.
  • At least one year of office administration support.
  • Understanding of major social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. 
  • years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email platforms).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Affinity, Canva).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.)
